Someone was a little "short" on their thinking about this fuel cell. Electric pump, selling gas without proper documents, hauling without proper documents - sounds like a typical W idea. I for one wish the man would bust his azz, might teach him something. For a know-it-all, he sure is a dumbazz

All this about a fuel tank. Good luck and make sure you keep a good ground on the tank when transferring fuel.
