Glad you have had good luck with them. A real good friend of mine has been fighting with Mitchell for a while to finish his building, he made the order with them in March. A couple months later they delivered the material, In May 3 guys just showed up and starting putting it together w/out any notice. They just poured the slab about a month ago and they still hadn't hung his walk through doors. The craftsmanship ain't all that either.

People are blowing up their FB page with some pretty tough negative comments too. Kinda has me wondering. Seems all these metal building guys are sketch bags. Gonna be picking from the best of the worst it seems.

Is there any reason the slab is to be poured after putting up the building? I don't think I have see it done that way before.

I didn't mention this last nite cuz it was too much to type, but another guy I know didn't have problems with them erecting the building, but with them pouring the concrete. He got tired of waiting on them and ended up hiring somebody else to pour the slab. Last I heard was that they are suing him for "breaking their contract" cuz he refused to pay for the concrete portion of the building.

Ed I'll be messaging you back this evening. As for issues with the builder, I feel as if there can be problems no matter who you plan on using. Communication is key. Also you're approach will make all the difference, dont become the ******* no one wants to do work for because of issues that may arise. Being that they sub work out things need to be made very clear so they don't get miscommunicated

I bought the 30x40 from muellers to be erected in Hackberry. Pouring slab tomorrow and building will go up next week. Good prices and good company to deal with.
