Up here in Richmond, Va.. visiting my female friend... I'm walking around in jogging shoes in 6" snow. Went to down to the James Rr.. Which is awesome...

Class 4 Rapids ... Canada geese everywhere... Was hoping to catch a redfish or 2... I've cooked shrimp crabmeat gumbo, shrimp potatoe soup, doing shrimp shrooms, cream sauce with angel hair, TOMOROW going to minus 1 deg.. Snow..


Smothering okra now to make shrimp and egg okra gumbo TOMOROW night...

Still finding the time to " knock the bottom out of it" if u all know what I mean.... lol

We went to Hollywood cemetery ... Which over looks the James river... 18 thousand conferd soldiers are buried there... Several presidents and Gabe Stewart , Jeffery Davis and more... Covered in snow it's awesome...

What do u do when it's goi g down to minus 5-10 deg up here in Va... Cook a shrimp, crabmeat, with eggs okra gumbo.. Of course no LA FRESH SEAFOOD.. Whole foods and fresh market... Along with some crusty French bag tte with garlic butta. Awesome..
