That looks good.

I have not made a banana & "Nilla" pudding in a long time. I will put bananas in jello sometimes for a low calorie snack..... only problem is that I usually eat a double serving.

Aint much better than plain ole chicken stew I call it real Cajun comfort food. The Jews got their chicken soup but an ole fashioned fricassee sure is medicine for a Cajun boy.
