Default big lake 11/13

fishing was slow today, only caught 4

lots of reds at the weirs

tried out a bomber didn't get a bump

I had 6 dinks, but they stopped biting abruptly. Don't know what was up. The tides were still running, not many birds working. Water was pretty stained.
I hit West Cove for a short time. Then hit Long Point, but the winds and waves were killing me. Went to the Basket Reef, nothing. Hit Marker 56 and got a couple, then hit all of Speckdaddy's holes and got 4 more.
I caught best where the winds and water were calmest.
I am planning on hitting it again Monday. I am getting hongry for some fried trout again.
I left the water around 9:30 or so.

My friend and his buddy went out today, they caught 30 trout and 5 redfish at big lake.

No tide, only downfall with absolutely no wind, when there is a a slack lunar tide the wind tide will keep the fish bitting. I do better in 10mph winds then 0-2mph. Ready to make a trip La Ang-

That's Bruce's fish in my avatar. It swallowed a sand eel so he just hung a Bomber in it's mouth. Seriously, them things won't catch trout.
