Do you put a drop of glue on the ends of the feather?

Sure do blue. Just a little drop for insurance.

I'm going to try this. I've been wanting to buy the stuff for some time.

You'll like how nice and clean your arrows will look.

It's a very thin double sided tape. Apply to the vane, peel off the backing and push it firmly down on the arrow and done. I got mine from 3riversarchery.com. They also have a short video showing how to do it.

Yep. Put the fletching in the jig clamp, apply tape, trim to exact length, peel off backing and press into place. A dot of glue at the front and rear of the fletching and you're done. It's fast and easy once you get the hang of it and your arrows look really nice and clean. TIP. The tape backing is really thin so it helps to use a razor blade to get under it and peel it off. Once you get it started it peels right off but it's hard to get it started using your fingernails.
