The people fishing plastics had the same option as the Live bait fishermen,
they could have fished live bait if they wanted just like the live bait fishermen could have thrown plastics.
same difference.
some are scared to fish against the waders ,Some are scared to fish against live bait. If ya scared, Say ya scared . Don't go makin rules that arent for everybodys benifit.
If ya want to limit it to 5 fish stringer or 2 fish stringer then that hampers no one. But to limit how people fish just because you don't like to compete against it is not fair to all.

a tournament is about SKILL. How much skill does it take to soak live bait???NONE...

Wade fishing and boat fishing with artificial take atleast some Skill.

Remember the regulation limiting specks over 25" to only 2 per person. If a team gets on the motherload, one of their trout must be under 25" or they will be illegal. I really hope that I have this problem!

1st you would have to make 2 pots waders and boats..Then one pot gets short which would be the wader pot.... Don’t think many want to jump in water at 40Degrees......

We went this rout already ..... If yall want to have a wading tourney... Advertise it as that..... But you can’t have both for the same money..

I think your wrong that live bait fishing takes no skill. You still have to find the fish you still have to hook and land the fish.
Just because a croaker soaker goes out on a body of water and cast his line in the water doesn't mean they will catch fish.

Why do you need seperate pots? Everyone put ya Dollars up and best legally caught stringer wins the dollars,
Don't say waders have the advantage . Cause theres only certain waters they can wade . Boaters can fish anywhere.
I mean , That's just like me saying i don't live in L.C. so i should get a handicap cause i don't get to fish the lake much.
I'm not scared ta fish artificals but i just wonder why some are so against live bait???
