Well hunted me cmcnabb, salteredneck, his sister and her husband. Ended with 2 specks. They flew early and shut down at 730. Good time had by all though.

Tried to get a pic for yall but it didn't happen. I was woodcock hunting this morning and I walked up on a pond full of mallards and woodies. Was sneaking up to take a pic and they all jumped. Man that got my blood going!

man i've been woodcock hunting one time in my life in indian village. One of the coolest hunts i've ever been on we ended up getting full limits of swamp bats that morning. We did it with a dog and them little suckers wait til you're right on them to jump up. I didn't shoot at a few from being scared ****less when they jumped up at my feet.

Afternoon was slow got one group of 5 specks to work but wouldn't quite commit and a group of pintails do the same. I'll be back at it in the morning one more time
