I think Ratdog is referring to the Krewe of Troubador's Town House Ball, a mardi gras ball. However there is no Town House anymore so its just the Krewe of Troubadors. He must be in his late forties early fifties to remember the Town House. I have to assume that Ratdog is from Lafayette blue blood, born and raised in the swank confines of Bendel Gardens or old Greenbriar.....Dad owned an oilfield service company that sold for around 20 million.
Ratdog is a Trust Fund Baby.....
