Buy land alpha. I don't have that much but have access to 65 acres directly behind my house. Nieghborhood is cool and most times they shoot with me. Only had the cops called once for shooting. Could be because we were floating tannerite in two liters of diesel and making really big booms. Sent some tannerite home with the deputy btw

I just bought some property in Maurice and the subdivision has HOA dues. They are put in place to protect your investment, not just to be able to tell you what you can or can't do on your own property. The dues are only $150 a year in the subdivision I bought a lot in. It's a very small subdivision(only 37 lots) but the lots are very good size, so your not stacked on top of each other like in most other subdivisions today. And while I absolutely love living in Lafayette, I can't wait to build and move out to Maurice.

Buying 10.6 acres right now in south lake charles. Boy is that stuff expensive. But you gotta pay to play as they say. Or in this case have what you want and as much room as you want. If I could afford it I would by the other 10.6 next to me.
