ill come snag a batch from all of yall lol i love some peppers and they wont go to waste, them Japs stuffed and slow cooked on the pit are the bizness!

Tractor supply has a pretty good seasonig pack made by mrs. Wages, nut i added more pepper and chile powder to their " hot salsa" and it was pretty darn good oh and added a decent amount of cilantro(+\- 1/2 a cup)

Todays batch was all me though, a lil here a lil there, a lil this a lil that, nothin special but ingredients were a lot of tomatoes boiled, cored, then peeled, then pureed; cayenne, jalapeno, bell pepper, sweet banana, minced garlic, a tablespoonish of chile powder, about 2 cups of vinegar, keep in mind this dnded up being 2 gallons of salsa, hard to judge that much, by the way i like to give my salsa at least 2 weeks for the flavor to really marinate but have found the longer the better

Shaw take your pepper and put it in the middle of a trout slab and role it . Then put bacon around it and fire up the grill. I just pulled these off the grill. We are late since we were swimming at a friends house.
