For whatever reason, CNN keeps pushing the airtime back. I feel like I'm misleading you that are interested. I will advise when it is due to air again.

“I know CNN has been under pressure from some of the largest insurers to not run this story,” said Mosley.
Quoted from the article in your original post. I wouldn't be surprised if they can the whole story.

Had another shop tell me today that they lost a 6 k job last week because the adjuster told the insured that if they didn't take their car to XXX shop that the insurance company could not warranty the job.

And, they wouldn't warranty any issue XXX shop anyway! But, hey, the insurance company did likely get at least a $5/hr discount!

This type of tactic is what I have to fight with every day!

I had a customer drop one off today and, told me that the insurer(not hers) was requiring 3 estimates and, that they'd pay the cheapest one. Well, it's already in my shop(the only place it will be getting estimated at) and, torn down. I'm waiting for them to call me with this illegal nonsense and, I'll set them straight.

I trust insurance companies to do right like I trust our federal gov't to make sound financial decisions.
