I always wondered how easy it is to tip them things and how hard they are to paddle.

That was an enjoyable laugh.

Salty,

Not hard to paddle, but this thing rolled over on me like I was in a log rolling contest! I reach for my rod and am like "what the hell, I am going over!" Raymond assures me that I would be much better off with a longer, more stable, version. I had fun and would do it again, but I'd like to get one of those yaks that you can stand up in.

You need some of them Hawaian outriggers on that thing........ Raymond on the top "shower Rack" and Slidell Kid on the bottom paddling?

I will make him some outriggers out of pool noodles, broom handles, and zip ties next trip. Really, they are difficult to fallout of. Maybe Dan needs a seat belt also?

Raymond,

I think maybe it was the weight of my Man Boobs when I turned around to grab my rod - lots of centrifigal force there you know.

You going fishing tomorrow?

I am on my way to Toledo in a few minutes.

Nope, trip has been cancelled but I may be back in the yak this weekend for round 2. Will not be getting up at 3 am though or showering before I come home. Probably launch on east side and fish east bank, look for the new Pirate flag off the outriggers and that'll be me.
