I got out there at about 9 this morning. Pulled up at the end of the pass and started catching fish. There was one other boat out there and we had about an hour of tide left. We caught fish every cast, kept about 1 out of every 3. Last week it was 1 out of every 5 or 6. They were noticeable bigger this morning. I had to wait on my fishing partners to finish not shooting teal before I could get out there. I'm not waiting tomorrow, think I will roll solo. Your right, I think most people that fish V.Bay on the regular have love hate / relationship with it. After the last couple of trips I remember why I always find myself back there, its like a damn golf course.
