Columbia makes a lace up pair just like em called the drain maker. Wore them last year. and liked them alot! they have off white soles, soo no black marks unless you bring the dirt with you. they do have other colors available also. I cant stand when some one wears black sole tennis shoes on my rig , they go bare foot, wear a pair of my crocks, or go home.

They vent pretty good, I dont care for squishy toes either, and didnt notice sweaty feat last summer! I fish barefoot alot, when not they are on my feet. I gave up on the crocs for the boat after whiping out once or twice just wear them around the camp and launch. Havent had a prob. slipping in the columbias.

I've got the ohana's in green and gray....peep 'em..

One of the style's is the sponsored sandal for the hawaiian life guards..can't remember which one

are those the brown leather models? the islanders swore by olukai sandals..these sandals are sperrys for hawaiians. Every sport fisher i went on the capt and crew wore em. That should state something about the durability......they are no doubt worth the money. plus...not every tom **** and harry has a pair

I bought some of the shimano water shoes last year after almost breaking my neck twice with dem crocs. The shimanos are cool, roomy and much more comfy than the crocs, also no slip, non marking soles too. Picked em up at acaciana outfitters for arond 50 bucks.
