I'm not saying sand eels won't catch big fish, i'm just saying they aren't the best bait to use to target big fish.

I do like to use eels

I have heard about that "clip on cork" you keep in your right pants pocket........Them clip on corks are quick n easy to take-off just in case someone may see you!!!!! We all know you have a BIG reputation to up-hold. We would not want you to lose all of your SPONSORSHIPS if caught with the cork!!!

lol....those clip on corks are quick to go from tightline to cork,but they slide on the line too much when you pop it. For that reason I have a spinning rod setup with a rattle cork at all times.

I agree. Since I have no sponsors or reputation to up-hold when I use a cork I use the Ole Bayside brand ones. BTW, they are not the clip on type. Anyway, I thought the clip on type corks were for perch fishing!!!
