I can clean out a crab body with nothing but my 9 fingers.
No knife, cracker or picks.
But them claws are a differnt thang.

Hard to beat Christmas week crabs... wonder what the yankees are doing? Oh yeah, digging out of a snow storm ROTFLMAO! (My son had to tell me what that acronym meant - I'm not up on these sorts of things...)

Need to start a thread as to who's got the best boiled seafood in the Lake Charles area...

I never bought boiled seafood in Lake Charles.
I bet the Crawfish business is starting up pretty soon.

I'm the same way with boiled crabs... some of the best eating around! It is the worth the effort! When I was younger, I would crack the claws with my teeth. I stopped that a few years ago. I use a pair of pliers now for the claws.

Supposed to be good with all the water is what I heard. Nothing beats crabs, though. I love'em fat and cold....

We got a gallon last week. Ate them with my parents.

I got another one coming when I get back in from work.
I have to change out an a/c on a FEMA trailer for an oyster fisherman.
