I am just dumb founded that 3-4 mph means that much to anyone. 3-4 inches I can understand!

When I move my TM to the back I pick up 3mph. Also if you know your going to be running some rough water it saves your TM the beat down.

3mph over a 100 mile ride helps alot when your 3mph faster than the other guy wanting to fish the same spot.

If you keep wax on it, it looks good if not you can see scratches and scuffs.

250...cuttin the console down and moved as far back as possible for lil more lift and hopefully a lil more topend

It does and with an 8 and 5 year old with me in the boat every weekend that is important to me. I love my Haynie it has been a fine boat, just looking to go a different direction on this one.

It's not, about the distance from your front tire to your back going down the highway. Balance and blue print the engine if you really want to go fast, moving deck chairs ain't gonna give you much increase.
