my grandpa has some, but i dont want to drive back to jennings to get them.

i went to alabama bayou today, couldnt find them, but did see some fish, didnt bring my yak though

been pickin them over this way for over a week now....gotem wild all over my woods...bout half of them are ripe and they are awesome!! best crop since katrina by far! I feel like i'm 6 years old again every time they come around.....throwin sticks to knockem outa trees and dodgin hulls on the ground because they had bumble bees an yellow jackets in them!

man you made remember, our first year here and we found the Muscadines, my youngest son was just a mere 20 months.....as fast as I could pop those things he was eating them.

He is 14 soon and just today he was looking around on the ground finding them.

my stepdad use to make wine out muscadines. he made me a bottle when i was like 8 and kept it till i was 18. let me tell you it must have had a little to much dust on the bottle cus everclear didn't have nothing on it. it would take your breath by smelling it when i finally cracked the bottle. guess you cant age it like normal wine

My dad used to bring it in the deer stand to stay warm.......he'd say "this here's muscatel, its imported from erath!"
Everyone would laugh, I didn't get it.......my grandmother used to grow it and make wine.....I remember it being pretty good, not at all like everclear

if you let it ferment too long before bottling, or all of the yeast isnt deactivated before bottling it can cause that
