I quit Skoal when it got to $1.50 per can. I was cheap.
20 years was enuff. I got some smoking patches that helped me stop dipping. Good luck with the smoking. |

Yup, I agree it's all in the head. I need to quit to and doing good at slowing down. Best thing I ever tried was the patches. Had gotten a free month from the American Cancer Society a while back when they were doing a promotion and it worked real good. When I ran out I tried them cheap Wal-Mart ones and they don't work. Good luck and wish me luck too.

gets a little better but it will always be there i still grab my pocket all the time when i get stressed. but it don't bother me but a second. first two weeks are the worst. what ever you do don't start dipping 10x harder to quit than sigs in my opion

Been dipping for 13 years. Hard to quit. Its either prison, meds or dip. Dip is cheaper, cause I hate taking meds and prison just aint happening
