Went ride out to my lease in pecan island yesterday afternoon. Got the perfect amount of water. Saw about 200 teal. They were everywhere along with tree ducks. Mashed out a big hole with my 4wheeler. Right after I was done, a flock of about 30 teal buzzed right over me and circled the whole I mashed and almost lit in it 4 or 5 times. Time to cut em all jack!

Goin down to grass the blind Sunday. I'll let yall know what Johnsons Bayou looks like. As long as there is some water, I think the teal will be there

Got the blind grassed and ready for teal season yesterday. Dodged the rain showers but not the HEAT. Phone pics not so great.
First pic is the blind on the point.
Second pic is looking west down the pond-Structure in background is at Sabine Pass
Third pic is marsh grass FULL of seed.

Notice there is no pic of the Ducks. Saw maybe three teal. Maybe they'll move in area before season starts.
