that's magazine stuff there. Probably the prettiest duck that you will come across in North America anyway. Can hear their lonesome squeal now!

NICE! I never knew wood ducks travelled in flocks like that, which obviously says I don't hunt lol Sweet frikin pics though!

I killed a Deer with my Bow a few years ago......Thanks to some wood ducks.

Two wood duck were swimming around the tree I was hunting in. I kept waiting for them the swim off before I climbed down. Finally they headed away as it was getting dark. Just before I started to lower my bow [to set it on some tree limbs above the water], I heard something walking in the water.

If the ducks had not been there.....I would have climbed down before the deer came by.
