yep I have 400 acres on west fork that I deer hunt, hog hunt and if it goes right I am gonna duck hunt the 3 ponds I have out there.

Woah that confusing. Just asking because I have a buddy who duck hunts off some sloughs and in a pond along Houston River. He kills a lot of wood ducks and gw teal. If I hunt the river I hunt south. More ducks. Lots of teal and mallards

UPDATE!!

So my grandfather just called me to tell me that the blind he hunted out of when he was a kid is still up and in the same place. We inherited it with the land. So screw building a new blind and finding a new spot on the tiny lake and probably pissing some people off. Im gonna be hunting a blind that has been there since 1974. Gonna do some updating and add a dog ramp and blind for my Mutt. Best news i've gotten all year.

First few weekends of big duck season was pretty good kinda hit and miss .. then I had surgery so I didnt hunt the rest of the season
