Default Long night

Stopped at one of my jobsites this morning after mass , I noticed somebody had thrown a bunch of palm tree branches in my 30yard dumpster, this has been an ongoing problem and those dumpsters aren't cheap so I reached in and threw all the branches out on the yard, well one of the branches hit my ankle and barely punctured it. It hurt a little but nothing more than a bee sting so I continued to walk the job and went home. By the time I got home I had already forgot about it , ate a gumbo quesadilla ( btw it was tha shiznit) and took a nap on the couch. Man when I woke up my ankle was kinda black n blue and hurt like a SOB so I got up and could not walk it felt like my foot was on fire! Normally you have to put a gun to my head to go to the doctor but this really hurt so my gf convinced me to go to the hospital. 2 hrs later some X-rays they couldn't figure it out so I started to google palm tree injuries lol on my iPhone and found that sone really serious infections can happen . They gave me some pain meds. Cleaned it up , pumped me full of antibiotics and put me in a friggin 1/2 cast n crutches! I have to go back tomorrow n have em look again
