What an awesome trip! I have never fished down there but always wanted to. Anybody want a second boat to try a trip after May 15th let me know. I'm game. I run a 22' Blazer Bay. Pox you don't get nervous running that far out alone with a single engine?

It's not that far out in Venice . It gets deep quick . If u had binoculars u prolly could have barley seen the ships going into SW pass. There's always that chance but it's not like we were 60 miles out. The majority of the run is in the river
