Smokin boat porn w/protection

YF is without a doubt one of the most attractive boats on the market w/ customer service to match. But..that BJ is an animal in it's own right! You made a good pick, IMHO.
I bought a BJ last year (have 43 hrs. now) and love it! Fit, finish, performance and general appeal to everyone that sees it is great.
Wish you the best of times and tight lines!! BTW..mine is black w/grey liner and all the bells and whistles in the Lake P area (when I am home).
'Wicked Wench' would be 'er name! Hope to see you on the water sometime.

I have had the chance to be on alot of boats over the years. With that said, I have not ridden in a Haynie at this point. I have however been in a Blackjack, and have run both the 24' Yellowfin as well as their 36' offshore boat. The words "very nice" don't seem to do the boats from Yellowfin justice, but Blackjacks are a great riding boat and are right there with them for performance. I bet that boat will look awesome and can't wait to see it when it is finished.

If I were to win the lottery tomorrow, I would have the 36' Yellowfin white w/ black striping and black powdercoated T-top frame, leaning post frame w/ triple 300 Yammy 4 strokes, and have it delivered to my new camp in Fourchon/Grand Isle......................helll, if I'm gonna dream, just as soon dream big!

Flwo, what type of power do you have and what kind of performance are you getting? The 250 SHO I picked is supposed to run 60-62 with a light load and should be able to cruise 40-45 all day (I'm more worried about the cruise speed). I'm pondering "Black Betty" for a name lol

I've been told for a long time now that the 24 BJ would be coming out. I was really interested in waiting for it. I heard last spring, last fall, then last I heard it was supposed to be out this past spring. It will eventually happen but who knows how much longer it will actually be. I got tired of waiting lol

Bmac, my boat will be nearly identical to that rig. The one in the picture has an aftermarket leaning post and powder coating. The color scheme is the same though

I too have heard it Jared. When I was ordering my BlackJack in 2010, I had the opportunity to talk to Bill Kenner a great deal. He told me he had been working on a 24 but with the economy tanking and then the oil spill he put it on hold. Have not heard anything new but I do have a call into Bill to find out.

That's because they don't carry the line anymore. It should be out right after the first of the year.

Geez...that BJ 24 will be a BEAST!
Bill Kenner is an absolute bay boat genius and is continuously setting the trend and bar for bay fishing!

Can't wait to see it!

Baseball: Nice boat, really like the colors. Get us some pictures when you get it in the driveway, you're gonna love it. I've been lucky to ride in the Blackjack, Haynie, 21 & 24 Yellowfin, Bay Cat, Blazer Bay, Triton, Ranger...goodness, they're all good, nice rides. The only time the ride has been bad was when we didn't have any fish in the box! Good luck with the new boat and congrats!
