I think FFF is on the right track...You don't want to get in to a situation with roofing tacks, booby traps or fishing line...From what you describe, you are dealing with an individual that has much less to lose than you do...You can't beat him at that game....He has all day to think, scheme and do crap to you...unfortunately you have to work, go to school and take care of a family. You don't have time for that...You are on the right track...Get proof of him on your property and involve the law...If, God forbid, it gets ugly in your yard and you have to ventilate his chest and send him for a dirt nap, you will need that law enforcement documentation showing a history of harassing you and coming on to your property. You will need proof of escalation of the situation on his part, resulting in you double tapping his nipples...Short of moving away, this is your smartest option. Use the law to your advantage, only way to win.
