Is that the 2100 Nautic Star, because I had that model boat in 2005. Only compliant is the plactic lids broke on the boat. Nautic Star now makes the 2110 which has fiberglass lids.

Hands down the best motor yamaha ever made....also a great hull. Like mentioned would be better with a dual axle trailer but still a good buy.

I have that exact boat. When I bought the boat it had a single axle. It kinda worried me so I added a 2nd and it made a world of difference when pulling it. If you plan on traveling long distances I would consider it.

They don't make em like that anymore that's for sure. I work on a crabbers boats at the point that have 150 carb yammy with over 10,000 hours still runs perfect.

Good Boat, Good Motor, looks to be in decent shape, priced right. Like mentioned, I would upgrade that trailer if I planned on keeping it while.

As far as a Credit Union, they are much better to deal with than a bank. If you financing it I would look to them for a loan. An example, a coworker is looking at buying a used vehicle. The interest rates right now on used vehicles are 1.99 for up to 48 mths, 2.49 at 60 mths and 2.99 at 72 mths. He said no one around our area could beat that.

I dont know if the Mexicans know something that we dont, but last year I was down in Mexico and 99% of their boats had Yamaha 2 strokes (no HPDI's). The other 1% was the yamaha 4 stroke.

2005 yammy saltwater series 2 ox66. Best outboard I've ever owned. Period.

I have a 250 ox66 just waiting to find a good deal on a hull. You can't kill em if you take care of em.

Yes I am doing the compression test tom before buying. The hull have normal wear like scuff ect, the boat will need to be buffed out so I talked him down on price.
