so u are saying u want your kids to be able to break the law, but not the guy who's dog got runover?



go talk to your neighbor and clear this up. getting the popo involved in this is not gonna end up good for anybody. stuff escalates quickly.

Actually not really. The right of way extends beyond the end of the pavement. My property line starts 15' from the center of the road.
