Default Hard to steer to the left

I have a 250 sea chaser bay boat with a 250 suzuki. It is very hard to turn to the left. Turns real easy to the right. I guess it has something to do with engine torque. It has a 3 blade suzuki prop, jack plate and trim tabs. I have to be going about 40mph before it gets easier. At 40mph you aint turning much. I am told by some people that a 4 blade prop would make it easier to turn? Jusy need some ideas. It has hyd. steering.
What about the little trim fin on the cavitation plate of the motor?
