Good info to know Goooh. I'm worried about putting a leveling kit and the truck sag bad when I'm towing my boats or a heavier trailer. Is that a strong possibility and what can I do to avoid that from happening?

This.

If you keep the leveling kit to 2" you won't have a problem, unless you're hauling a 39' offshore boat. My buddy has my old f150 with 2.5" and he hauls a good size camper with not much dip.

You can hook up your boat or whatever and make it sit, then go to the front and measure 1.5", 2" or 2.5" from the fender well up and put a mark (or do it from the bottom of the front bumper, or wherever. Put a reference mark on the truck, then step back and imagine picking up the truck in the front to the reference point, and visualize how it would be sitting...

thanks for the info goooh. I was looking on line and all I saw was kits with everything to drop the differential and other brackets going for 800 to 1,000 .... think i'll look into these spacers....nice truck matt....this is the first 4x4 I ever owned and it is nice walk'n thru the mudholes instead of blast'n thru hoping you make it to the other side...

Pulled the trigger on a leveling kit on my 4dr gmc and it is perfectly level... Looks sweet! Since I live in lafayette, I went to castille auto works by ranch outlet. Took an hr for them to do it. Makes a huge difference on the look. They installed ready lift products. Great choice!

By the way, sweet truck and good for you not tryin to keep up with the jones's!

A leveling kit on that truck looks sweet!

Congrats!
