I'll get a better/closer pic tonight. I have about 1" of adjustment to up on the bunks as they sit right now.

Then lower the rear of the bunks. Go back to dealer and take some measurements on another rig.

Default Bow of boat under the roller during loading

You should be able to raise the front of your bunks a little a

Have you smacked that cross member halfway between your bunks and roller?

I don't think I have hit that cross member yet. There are no marks on it or on the keel of the boat.

Why only a single axel trailer? 22' boat should be on a tandem because of weight. What weight is the axel rated for? Then add the trailer and boat weight, and I'll bet the axel is overloaded.

That's a great question. I asked the very same question before I bought it. I was assured that it's the correct trailer for this boat.

I gotta 20 ft express. Similar boat and trailer. I put the Teflon sides on my bunks and really helped a lot . When I launch alone I try to get boat close to dock so I can step on dock to finish winching up. Works for me!

I recently bought a new trailer for 21' Kenner Vision raised the boat bunks to where the sides of boat are actually higher than the top fenders. Boat loads and unload's like drive on trailer should without any assistance.I know 2 people here in LC that can diffently help u with your issue's.PM if needed.

Thanks guys. I heard back from the owner of the trailer company. He's gonna get back with me in the morning. He wanted to get with some of his designers, and let me know what the fix is. Pretty nice guy. He gave me his cell phone number, and we texted a while this afternoon.

I struggle with mine alone sometimes too. I have a double axle alum trailer and it actually FLOATS! What a PITA to load sometimes. If I'm by myself I just use another boat.

Trailer bunks are set incorectly. If still under waranty i would bring back to dealer and make them adjust bunks so boat loads corectly. If that does not work sell the trailer and get a Sportral.Nuff said.....

The owner of the trailer company is sending me out the hardware to fix the issue. Great guy to deal with. He could have directed me to the dealer, but instead he's taking care of the problem for me personally.

That's great to know. Did he say anything about the bunks not being long enough?

That's exactly what he said. He's sending me the correct bunks and the mounts for them. Also a keel roller for extra lift and support.
