I have Progressive on my Chris Craft. It was damaged for Ike and they paid off with no issues at all. It cost me around $400/year for $100K liability and replacement of the boat if totaled, fuel spill cleanup cost and when I added my bay boat to the policy, they upped the cost $165/year more.
That ain't bad after having a $10K claim.

I have 25K coverage for $28 per month with Progressive @ a $500 deduct. Also, the nice part is every year you do not make a claim your deduct goes down by 25%. So after 4 years with no claim that is zero out of pocket to you. I have all of my other insurance with State Farm. Matter of fact they were like $2 cheaper a month but they do not have the 25% deduct thing per year like Progressive.

They have towing and roadside service. Not sure about refueling.
I have to look when I get back home.

Progressive will send out a service vessel to refuel, but you pay for the fuel. Not the service vessle. But hey, if you was so stupid to not keep an eye on the fuel... why should they pay. Also if they did pay for fuel, how many people with big tanks would always run out of fuel. My boat take 85 gal to fill. See what I'm getting at. So @ 4.00 from service vessel / gal...$340.00 They wouldn't stay in buisness long doing that.

AAA roadside service doesn't fill your tank. They bring you 3 to 5 gallons to get you to the station.
I would think boat insurances would do the same.
