It took one day to lift, put together and anchor down to the pilings and braces.

We know what work is. We sat around all day and watched it.

Ladder, until the porches and stairs were built.
We were there to hook up the a/c. |

again....how much does something like that usually cost? The pilings and lifting of a home?

That one cost her around $48K to do it all. Drill and set the pilings, brace, pour cement slab, lift, put together the trailer, anchor it down and hook up water, sewer and elect.

Ray.....after the second 1/2 was put in place, how did they close the small cap between the two halves of the trailer?
Were there a bunch of plates welded underneath the frame to put big bolts through them? And then just tighten the bolts to bring the two halves together? |

Looks like the unit just south of the old Gaspards on the Creole Hwy.
