Default A special oldie but goodie from my book

Check out this huge trout frozen in a block of ice for display. This is a 16 pound 36" trout caught in the 1930's. The fish was probably 10 plus years old, what a trout. Read about monster trout catches including the whens, where's and how's in my new book at www.topwaterpublishing.com Thanks and Merry Christmas, Scott (Bentup)

Default Oldies but Goodies from my book

Here are some amazing old photos of giant trout from back in the day. These fish were photographed by John Doc McGregor in the 1930's and 40's. Wouldn't it be something to grow big fish like this again. Get the best information available on big trout in my new book at www.topwaterpublishing.com Thanks Scott(Bentup)

If wearing one of them suits will catch me trout like that, you better believe I'll be the sharpest looking fisherman around!

I have to say I really enjoyed this book. Reading fellow big trout fisherman speak about the evolution in their respective estuary is interesting. Also each Angler mentioned in the book gives a detailed discreption of their personal best trout. I enjoy hearing the syles and techniques they use and think of ways to apply those techniques in our estuary. I will never stop learning about big sows and learning from seasoned anglers in this book only helps---

Default THANKS

Hey MSTULB, thanks so much for your comments on my new trout book and glad you enjoyed the read. I agree that good information and shared experiences from others sure helps us to become better trout fishermen. I plan to do another trout book in the future and will include great fishermen from La to Fla. Thanks again, Bentup

Been reading your book. Really enjoying it. I'm about half way through it. Unbelievable the size of the fish these guys caught 10 years ago out there.

Glad you are enjoying my book specktator. It always makes the time researching and writing worthwhile when you hear good things from real fishermen. All that our trout need to be as big as those caught in the past is time to grow to their maximum potential, just like big bucks. Good conservation practices like CPR will go a long way towards having big fish again. Bentup
