Have you checked with your insurance company to see if they will cover 5.56 holes in your truck? If not, I am sure they will cover theft.

Yeah, cs. I feel the same. 3 shots, allegedly while they are fleeing or, even already in the truck. One shot in the head and, the driver shot in the ankle? Was he already in the truck? There are a lot of details missing so, I will wait to pass judgement.

Some facts have to be hidden!

Not that it makes a difference but we lived in this subdivision 12 years ago. It was a very quiet place...

Story has been changing. Kids were in a borrowed truck. Seth guy saw truck and thought it was the person yhat had stolen his mons purse in november. He had been drinking heavily at the parade earlier. Story now is that the kids may not have stopped but seth shot the jeep as it was passing infront of his house.......


All hearsay of course

Yeah, 3 rounds from a Beretta and, no one called the police? If he was hit in the ankle and, was already in the truck...another hit in the back of the head inside the truck. Some of this don't add up but, I'm sure law enforcement is weighing all the evidence thoroughly.

Yeah, I think so. Read about 15 different things on it today so, I could be wrong. I'd figure some info is being withheld until every stone is turned. I hope that is the case, anyway. Again, I won't speculate.

If I were firing a warning shot I wouldn't have aimed at the cab. Can't say what I'd have done cause just last week I was running around the yard in my Hanes and cowboy boots cause I saw a shadow in the yard. Had a Judge in my hand, didn't see anyone but I've had trouble with theft before. Don't know if I could kill em for breaking into my truck but I could definately make them pick another house next time. Catch em, take all their valuables, clothes, and shoes then send them on their way.

Sounds good to me!!!

An eighteen year old with several break ins and no help from previous problems???

I'm surely not saying this is the right decision but I still have some questions!

Correct. If your life or, the life of a fellow human being is not in imminent danger, you should not use deadly force, according to my instructor as well. Invasion of your home is considered imminent danger. Breaking into a truck is not, even though its illegal and, immoral.

Its covered u nder the extention of your home stuff. There was a case in New Orleans havingto do with it
