And BTW most of the folks that are east siders ,Don't fish Lake P. We all fish the marsh and coast.
And after april If you don't fish false river at night you r pissing in the wind. So many ski boats - pleasure boats and jet skis on any given day you can't fish.

Shad and I will make the call based on what we think will have the chance to bring in the most money for the Foundation

Im sure it will be Lake p Or GI...... in late Summer......Aug or Sept

Lake P is a tough place to fish in late summer,GI would be a better place IMO.

VB, everyone fishing would have to have a good size hull to get to rigs.
The bay is some Yahh! Unless u like catchin reds and cats!

Seriously though, I bet there is a way larger group on here that has at least fished GI once in their life. I have never even been on Lake P before. And I been to Venice twice.

Who wouldn't wanna have a SC throwdown at Artie's? If u been there u know what I'm talking about! I know *****-Rich does! Hahaha

IF the tournament is not held there i'm pretty sure we could still round up a crew from here and go.

Sounds good. My best friends parents have a camp there also. We will head down for our first trip to GI the weekend of May 7th.

Mothers Day weekend? Had best trip of my life in GI last year for MD weekend. Myself and 3 buddies caught 200 hawgs wading in the surf in 2 days! I'll be there fa sho!
