You will never see "all the top guides" on Lake Pontchartrain and Breton Sound using Haynie boats. Big difference in Big Lake and Breton Sound.

When did Erik Rue and Jeff Poe start runnin' Haynies?

The history is all messed up now, several of the posts were deleted by mods so the whole series make no sense now, not that it did in the first place.

Hurry up and sell me your boat before I buy that rocket. BTW, Mercury has a new Verado Pro series - supposed to have the same performance as as ProXS

I am sure the wood in your hull has already dry rotted so I am ready to deal.

Thanks for the heads up, I am on the phone with Mercury now trying to work out a trade for the faster engine.

If you get that baby 250 you will have a really nice view of my Talon. Don't be scared, buy the Yam 300.

THEY were not deleted but now are. Try to be civil or it will be done.

Ckinchen, I assume you own a Haynie with the Merc, do you not like it? I plan to order a Haynie Monday with the Merc 225 XS Pro,Can I ask why you would prefer the Yamaha SHO?

I think the 225XS is awsome, I have a 300 Verado, it is fine as well but heavy. The Yam 300 4 stroke would have been a better option for me. If you are going to go Merc 2 stroke I think you will be very happy. Shoot me a PM and I would be happy to call and talk to you about it.

wood boat is a wood boat no matter how much glass you put around it, its still wood. it will rot eventually. does the lifetime warranty stay with the boat or does it end after the original owner sells? doesnt say anything about lifetime warranty on their website. seems like that would be a big selling point for a wood boat dont know why they wouldnt put it on their site??

How the hell can you list Sea Fox and Fishmaster in the same sentence with these other boats?
