Anybody can now check out the website for more details on this event. I will be working on the site, adding and removing items and working on details but it will still be available as I do so.

Here are the flyers we will be putting all over the place. If anybody has a place or two they would be able to put them at please let me know and I will email you the pdf file so you can print it out and put them up.

Also, please remember that we are accepting donations for ANYTHING... water, beer, soft drinks, money, auction items, volunteers, etc., nothing will be turned down.

To the guys that are cooking on the team (eman, meaux fishing, Is it October YET? and Montauk17) our entry fee is $100 since we will be entering more than 3 categories. We will be 6 people on the team (my brother will join us but I told him the only way he can is that he has to sign up on here ) so the entry fee will break down to be $16.67 a person. I'm thinking we can do this...each pay $25 a person and with the extra money I can go buy plates, bowls, paper towels, utinsels, etc. for us to use since we have to supply our own. Let me know what ya'll think.

It would be better if you could mail it or paypal it to me that way I can get our spot paid for. What I will most likely do is pay for the entry fee and just take out what I am owed when everybody pays me.

Guys that are cooking:

Do any of ya'll have a tent you can bring for us to get under while cooking? I have a 10x10 that I'll be bringing but that's the only one I have.

Also, my brother will cook with my dad and 2 uncles so we are back down to 5 people which will make it $20 per person to enter. Do ya'll think we should still leave it at $25 each or maybe each pay $30 to get the "supplies" we'll need (bowls, plates, utinsels, etc.). We'll need to buy an additional bracelet since we have 5 people so the $10 for that bracelet would come out of there and give us $40 to buy our supplies. Let me know what ya'll think. If you need to email me, my address is rlandry@al-llc.com

PM your address and I will send you a check for $55 to cover everything. I don't have a tent but I will ask around to see if anyone may have one.

Sounds good man!

I heard back about the t-shirts, they will be $12 each.

You can include shirt payment with the cookoff entry and I'll get it to W.

Thanks but that's gonna be too big for us to use. 2 10x10's would be about the most we could put. Thanks again though.

We'll know the week of the event if we need another big tent or not. Will that be too late to let you know if we need it?
