There are several large cranes across the street from me but I'm not sure if they are Sandhill or Whooping. They are constantly making that annoying sound. Pretty sure these are whooping cranes though.

A freind of mine killed some in texas and he said that when you wing them suckers it sounds like a airplane coming down.

What sound do these make? These cranes and whooping cranes look a lot alike except color. About 80% sure the ones I saw were gray but it was getting dark every time I saw em.

I'm just gonna see if I can find out what sound they make.
