We have had the camp for a few years. Past two years not much luck for me, but I'm a terrible bass fisherman and missed the spawn both times.

That place has spots for all year round... its a very versatile fishin location in the lake. I have found all kinds of structure there. Negreet, shadows, and Tennessee are all my favorites!

Yea we primarily fish negreet. I am tryings to figure out where to yak fish there. I really prefer to fish grass flats with a worm. You ever fish out of your yak there?

When you launch out of shadows you follow the left bank to the point. that grass flat can be good all the way around.... across from the grass flat on the south side there is a good bank that has stumps near the boat lane. I have caught good fish working that whole area. Depends on time of year for depth/bait. Its not a long paddle at all and you can actually drive to the point and launch there.
