Ross,
So what were the final 4 dishes we are going to cook?
I know we have the chilli and the pork loin . What dishes and what catagories?

I was hoping to make a trip Saturday morning to try and nab a few reds but it looks like it will a lil too rough for my boat.

Ok guys we lost yet another team member for the cook-off

Chad "Is It October YET?" hurt his back at work and won't be able to make it to the event. I am trying to find someone to take his place. If anybody is interested please let me know.

Default Boudin stuffed pork loin
Just finished stuffing15 lbs of pork loins w/ 4 lbs of jerry lees boudin for the cook off.
Got it tied up seasoned and in the fridge to smoke tomorrow .
Will hit it again w / the rub and thow it on the smoker in the am.
Think i'll do a dozen shrimp stuffed mirlitons while that smokes.

I was in a contract negotiations in Baton Rouge and got to eat some Jerry Lees Boudin....Good stuff right there...Ya'll should win first place with those pork loins.........Goodluck....
