Never leave the landing without 600 live shrimp. When approaching gulls working over a school start throwing handfuls of live shrimp in the water as you ease into casting distance. Will keep the birds and fish right there. Fish with glow grubs under a cork.

There are a few gold medalists in the Vermillion Bay area! Some are so talented, the throw the anchor skyward, cast and have a fish hooked before the anchor touches the water!!! Anybody else see the specimins??? |

I think i have one of those outfits in my closet from last halloween. will give it a try.. thanks for this very useful advice. after I do a controlled experiment, I'll be sure to update the web site with my findings !!
