bring one for sure... But you might be ok... hard to say at this point, keep an eye on the weather and be prepared ...but fishing should be great if you can get out there.

I went for a few hours yesterday and caught some flounder and redfish but the water was pretty stirred up. I am taking someone today but we are fishing the marsh for reds and flounder. I would think the water around the point would be fishable, but anywhere West of the Delcambre Canal churned up. Rain probably won't be here until mid day Saturday and really picking up Sunday. If the poor forecast scares away of few the weekend warriors there may only be 500 boats in the cove instead of standard Saturday 1000.

Yeah with that east wind..the cove and trash pile will be walkable with so many boats...gotta find that clear water
