Just a plain masterbuilt smoker, the rub is the deal with brown sugar, salt, red/white/black pepper, onion powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, coffee rub, & Saltgrass 7 Steak season, mixed together & coated on all sides of butt.
