Default That's a Gouda Omelet!!!!!

Yesterday I was reading on a forum a post someone made about cooking eggs. Thinking about it a bit it had me wanting eggs. I had already started with making the meatloaf we had. The thought popped into my head this morning and soon after I had to make myself some breakfast. I had just shredded some gouda cheese and decided to make a gouda omelet with some homemade hot Italian sausage I had in the fridge. I went outside and snipped some fresh green onions and parsley and the gouda omelet was beginning.

Not too bad!

Gotta do this more often!

As a fine Italian would say..... "That's a Gouda Omelet!"

I bet that was delicious. Italian sausage is my weakness. I love the stuff.
