Converting dry box to fishbox?

is the dry box on the front deck?? if so drill through the front close to the bottom and put a rubber stopper in the hole it wont drain as good as it would in the floor but then you dont have slime in the hull stuck who knows where. with the hole in the face of the box you could rinse it out with a hose when you are done and leave the plug out when not in use to air dry it. as far as insulation use a closed cell spray foam google it , they sell kits that come with a tank this foam will not absorb moisture but make sure you mask everything off cuz it makes a mess

Dry storage is in the bow... right in the middle. Only thing is the back of the box (toward the center console) is very thin... probably only 1/4'' thick.
