Red Fish Bonanza for the Kids 12-22-12

What a incredible day out of The Reel Inn Fishing Lodge. We had three boats out today all loading the boats & boxes full of fish. Capt Chris Venable helped me with Scott Leary and family. Great having Scott back on board, and this trip he brought all seven kids!!! So it was all about the kids and my goodness, we could not have asked for a better day. The reds were stacked liked sardines and between all three boats we must of landed close to 300 reds. After Capt T Miller limited out we finished our limits and stayed and let the kids catch reds every cast. They had the time of their lives catching the most fish of their live. Incredible to say the least and the memories made today will last forever. The trout bite was slow as the low water temps had them almost shut down. We did get on a good trout bite at the end of the day and left them biting. 55 reds and 40 trout is what the crew will take home with them. Matrix Shad and HLT Swimmers tightlined did their damage on the fish as always. Big thanks to Capt Chris for running the second boat and showing the guys the time of their live!!! Thanks again Scott for one incredible day ill never forget!!
