Default Shallow White perch at Toledo yet ?

Anyone know if the perch are in the shallow waters yet at Toledo. Trying to bring the wife up there to fish for her first time and I would rather wait till they come up.

I cant say that there are none up shallow yet, but I know that the coop is still stacked so I would say wait.
