Default Spiders

A buddy of mine told me he ate the spiders from shrimp. I thought he was joking but we tried them tonight, they are awesome can't believe I wasted them till now. They taste just like soft shell crab.

Couple of year's ago I had a mess of 12/15's and tried them. Believe me they are very surprising how much meat there is and good too.

They are DAMN good. The horn and the shell of the head are not part of the spider. You take the inside of the head out of the shell and when you do you have a few of the front legs still attached. You season dat and batter dat and fry dat.
